The Red Coyote 16 week Half/Full Marathon Training Program and 8 week Quarter Marathon Training Program are designed to help you train for the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon on April 26, 2026 but can be used to train for any spring event.
Whether you're attempting your first distance run or shooting for a new PR, there is a place for you in our Pack and all abilities are welcome! We'll help you achieve your goal safely by a gradual and strategic increase in training mileage. There will be informative clinics and guest speakers to give advice and instruction on proper hydration, nutrition, injury prevention, running form, training principles, and many other areas to help you have a successful race.
We have more than 60 experienced pace group coaches who will support you, keep you motivated and make it fun!
